Refund Policy

1. Right to Refund

In accordance with Irish and EU consumer protection legislation, you have the right to a refund within 14 days of purchasing a course or subscription, if the service has not been provided or if you have not accessed the course materials.

This right applies to all purchases made through our website, subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Refund Conditions

Refunds are available in the following circumstances:

  • Within 14 days of payment, if you have not started the course
  • Within 7 days of starting the course, if you have completed less than 20% of the course content
  • In case of technical problems that prevent access to materials
  • If the course content substantially differs from the description
  • For other reasons considered individually by our support team

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within the specified timeframes and provide a valid reason for the refund request.

3. Refund Procedure

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send a refund request to: info@kryxelonox.world
  2. Include your order number and reason for the refund
  3. Wait for review of your request (up to 5 business days)
  4. Receive confirmation and refund to the original payment method

We will acknowledge your refund request within 48 hours and process it within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

4. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 10 business days from the date of approval. The time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and bank:

  • Credit/Debit cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Bank transfers: 5-10 business days

If you do not receive your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately.

5. Partial Refunds

If you have started a course, refunds are calculated proportionally based on the amount of course content you have not accessed:

  • If you have completed less than 20%: Full refund available
  • If you have completed 20-50%: Partial refund (50% of course fee)
  • If you have completed more than 50%: No refund available

Refunds are not provided for course content that has already been accessed or completed.

6. Subscription Refunds

For subscription-based services:

  • Access remains active until the end of the paid period
  • Automatic renewal is cancelled upon request
  • No refund is provided for the unused portion of the current billing period
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings

If you cancel a subscription, you will retain access to all course materials until the end of your current billing period.

7. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:

  • After completing more than 50% of course materials
  • After 14 days from the date of purchase (for courses not started)
  • After 7 days from starting the course (if more than 20% completed)
  • In case of violation of terms of use (e.g., sharing account access with third parties)
  • For courses purchased using promotional codes or special offers (unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms)
  • For gift purchases after the gift has been redeemed

8. Refunds for Technical Issues

If you experience technical problems that prevent you from using our services, please contact our support team first. We will make every effort to resolve the issue:

  • We will respond to technical support requests within 24 hours
  • We will work with you to resolve any access or functionality issues
  • If the problem cannot be resolved, a full refund will be provided

Technical issues must be reported within 14 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund.

9. Refund for Course Content Issues

If you believe the course content does not match the description or is of unsatisfactory quality, please contact us with specific details. We will review your complaint and may offer:

  • A full refund if the issue is substantiated
  • Access to alternative course materials
  • Additional support or resources

12. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
